The anticipation, the excitement
Watch out world !!

I watched  my tummy grow as each day went by..
I was so overwhelmed .. Yet happy, I'd cry..

I couldn't stand if something should happened to you..
I quit work early I was determined to do..

Everything right, for this baby inside me..
Your arrival was my own greatest envy..

You were beautiful , gorgeous, healthy and pretty!!
You were the prettiest baby in the whole darn city..

I couldn't dream a more perfect dream, or fly higher
 and soar..
You were a happy and special little girl..

Lots of innocent and cherished
Moments I recall..
Fond memories are stored
And tales of reminisce shall
Befall..

Time went on.. Some good times
And difficult too..
I had to let you go.. Praying
You through..

Time quickly past, you had a child of your own..
Trials and tribulations, seeds of turmoil had grown..

Worry I did , was this going to be your fate?
I prayed for you constantly , i could never berate..

Look at what has happened!!
Look at you now!!
Going to school and on the "Dean List"!! WOW !!
HOLY COW !!!

Excelling as you study .. Knowledge is fun..
You're as bright as the rays of the  bright Noon days Sun!!

You, my beautiful daughter, went far beyond my dreams..
Out of the darkness into lights glowing stream..

The woman I knew you could always become ..
You are amazing .. Stay focused, your dreams almost
Done..

Keep going, Finish school..
First child of Mine..
Show everyone you know, how bright your
Star shines..

I cannot believe that you are now a Grandma..
And Gerry is also a Grandpa..

Wonders never cease and a miracle was given..
When little Mady came along
So complete a gift straight
From Heaven..

You love that little girl it is apparent, it shows..
Your face it lights up with a special glow..

Your life is on track .. You can't imagine my pride..
