 What would I without you ?
   If you vanished out of the blue..

 My days would grow dark, bleak, dreary and stark.
 If you were gone, my world would grow dark..

 The hours wane and linger on..
 Without you near to get a long..

 Yes, what would I do without you dear?
 To encourage, to lift me, hold me near..

 You are my strength to carry on..
 You are the light in life's daunting storm..

 When I seem unloving and quick to judge..
  You've always been understanding, never held a grudge..

 I can not imagine a day without you in it...
 What would I do without you there with me every hour and every minute ..
