Up at midnight, can't sleep a wink..
Did the dishes that were in the sink!!
Pain in my legs, my hips, my knee...
It drives me nuts, too much for me..
Folded laundry, did another load..
Now here I sit about to explode..
Worked all day so I should be tired..
It would be okay, if I was retired..
I'm getting mad, cuz I'm wide awake..
I want to sleep for goodness sake!!
I will read and write til I feel the need..
To go back to bed.. IT'S SLEEP I NEED !!!
