Though evil ruled briefly, righteousness rules for eternity..
We are cradled, loved and are promised this security...
To cradle majesty for just a single moment..
To hear a voice with its conquering victory sonnet...
We weep for loss and pain..
For emptiness, uncertainty, shame ...
To feel elation from a promise that all is well..
A promise that will always evolve eternal..
Though tomorrow may bring certain destruction,..
Tonight's celebration is exhilarating , without obstruction ...
We must learn that hatred is inevitable ...
But love is the bread of life, so very formidable ..
Let us bask in reality of righteousness and love,..
While we kneel and pray in acknowledgment from above...
May we learn to be vigilant, wise and live each day with purpose..
Shielded with His wisdom, love, power with immeasurable surplus..
