ALONE NO MORE...

Early morning darkness, the rain clouds loom..

Alone, I am nestled warmly in my blanket cocoon..

Drifting in the solace of quiet stillness, I am alone...

Silence gives way to tender thoughts of lessons sown..

Tender thoughts of blessings, heartbreak, rebirth..

A life spent weaving through ashes and tossing surf..

Now I stand on ground, he's lifted me. 

Out of darkness and pain , it is now I see..

He is my rock set firmly on earths shifting sand..

No greater love has shown by this God in man..

His sacrifice, He bled, He died for me..

Reborn through repentance, I'm eternally free..

In this stillness, I thank Him for His loving grace..

Alone no more, for His glory fills this place..
