Don't talk in tones that are harsh, loud and abrasive..
Don't curse with the language that's brutely invasive..
Curb the names that are full of profanity and disgrace ..
Stop demeaning, it's bad, like slap in the face..
Take a walk , take a drive , get out of the house..
Cool down, calm down, stop being a louse..
Stop, think, remember you have children or a child to consider..
They hear this abuse, your words should be tender!
Show love , not hate .. Forgive and be forgiven..
Your marriage is sacred, it's how you should start living..
It's not all about YOU now, you have to remember..
Your partners together, so much to consider ..
It's hard work to remember when your caught up in that moment..
Remember these words and try hard .. Don't condone it!!
