Look closely at the
circles of life in her eyes..
See the lines deep
in her brow, her face..
She carries her character there..
Her hopes, her dreams,
her happiness, her worries, her hardships and her fears..
Tears have trickled down
her aging cheeks..
Tears of untold battles
that her life has seen..
Tears of harrowing sadness, more importantly, exuberant inconceivable , ecstatic love and happiness ..
Yes, look closely ..
You won't see much paint
or glitter to change the
character of each deep
furrow, dark spots or lines..
It is what it is and she
is who she is ...
She wears age with pride..
She is very aware of each weathered line ..they tell a tale
of where her life has been..
