LOST IN HOPE....

LOST IN HOPE... I face the western horizon, wondrously gazing, hypnotically spell bound at the last orange hues of last light .. As the sun seems to grasp and grab onto last of the day.. It slowly submerges deeply into the abyss, yet holding tight.. It seems to want to linger as it sprays bursting brilliance.. Maintaining its glowing embers from it's sunset fiery blaze.. It at times gives opulent shades of sensual colors, so breathtaking, it does not wish to fade.. Those last streams of glorious light, bringing the days end , it's stories , it's radiance, it's sadness.. We gaze at the remains of yet another days end.. Praying that tomorrow will bring a new day of gladness .. Those who's souls are ignited and stirred by this sight.. The lovers, the poets and dreamers.. Know there will always be a tomorrow morning light.. Lost in the hope of a new dawn brightly streaming .. For some a hope of a better life without pain,turmoil or shame.. Lost in the hope that at the end of the day there is a promise.. A promise for a bright future with lasting happiness to proclaim .. Patsy McNutt Morgan 05/28/13
