LAYERS...

Layers..

I find we humans are a lot like an onion.. 

After cleaning away the brown papery
outer lining to  start..

We now are  now getting into the 

The most interesting  part..

First, we initially see 

the outer exterior..

Looks are important..
but certainly not to be that superior..

Some are gorgeous,
some are homely,
some are average..

But looks shouldn't matter..

It still can be used
Regardless it can be salvaged..

Still, Looks shouldn't matter,
but to some.. it is as far as it 

goes..

Those with those good looks,
it's all that matters, and it

shows..

Let 's go a little deeper to the
next layer  to see..

What a person has to offer..

If you please..

The intellect of a person is a must..

Some smart, some stupid, then some trust--

That they think they are intellectual ,
have some knowledge , they get by..

Hate to say it again , it's a small
portion of the pie..

Next layer is the spiritual .. Now 

we are getting somewhere..

We see the..agnostics, spiritualists, Elders,

Atheists, pastors, priests, Imams..

ALL In prayer..

But are they really as God would  have them to be?

Seeking wisdom brought down thru the ages

You see..

Do they seek the Wisdom of God and achieve..

Or is it more ritualistic and show their faith to believe?

So many will falter and fail..by their good works
 will whether and die...

"For God sent His only begotten

Son".. 

To die for all who  repent an souls as they cry..

"Forgive me Lord, for I am a sinner .. Come into my heart;

Forgive and make me whole".. 

"It is Your blood that redeems and washes away my sins, I have been told"..

"Make me clean as a new born child"..

"For it is you , Dear Jesus, that I believe I will  be 

Reconciled"..

With that simple trust and obey, 

I believe..

Will take you to be with Him in the presence of God, it Has been

concieved..

So the last of these layers  is the SOUL of a person,

Please understand..

And if you have not said that prayer giving redemption .. 

it is Now, my dear one , take His hand..

Do not let another day pass ..

Fall on your knees and ask,

God to forgive your sinfulness and be forgiven at last !!

Let your soul sing through

Each layer of your being..

"Praise the redeemer, sweet Jesus, I know now what I am seeing".. 

It's Pure Love !! for my blind eyes are gone ..

I will sing with the angels 

a beautiful  song..

"Praise be to God in the Highest,

My soul's been forgiven.. 

Thru His Son Jesus, he died

in my stead"..

"I will honor and give Him my life.. now and forever til  my time on earth's  

final bed "...
